Terms of Service

This agreement is an agreement between you or the entity you represent (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”) and SYNOREX VENTURES (hereinafter referred to as “Synorex”), and involves your use of online business productivity and collaboration software.

This clause applies to (some services may have additional privacy policies):

  • Eduzo
  • SupermanSchool

Part of this agreement

This agreement consists of the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “General Terms”) and terms and conditions specific to the use of individual services (hereinafter referred to as “Service Specific Terms”). The general terms and service-specific terms are collectively referred to as “terms.” If there is a conflict between the general terms and the service-specific terms, the service-specific terms shall prevail.

Accept terms

You must be of legal age to sign a binding agreement to accept these terms. If you do not agree to the general terms, please do not use any of our services. If you agree to the general terms but do not agree to any service-specific terms, please do not use the corresponding service. You can accept the terms by selecting the check box or clicking the button indicating that you accept the terms or actually using the service.

Service Description

We provide a series of services for online collaboration and management, including word processors, spreadsheets, presentation tools, database application creators, email clients, chat clients, organizers, customer relationship management applications and project management Application (“Service” or “Service”). You can use the “service” for personal and commercial purposes in the organization you represent, or for internal commercial purposes. You can use any Internet browser supported by the service to connect to the service. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Internet and the equipment needed to use the service. You can use your user account to create and edit content, and if you choose to do so, you can publish and share such content.

Subscribe to Beta Service

For testing and evaluation, we may provide certain services as closed or public beta services (“beta service” or “beta service”). You agree that we have the sole power and discretion to determine the period of testing and evaluation of Beta services. We will be the only judgment on whether such testing is successful and whether the Beta service is provided as a commercial service. Since you have subscribed to any Beta service, you are not obligated to obtain a subscription to use any paid service. We reserve the right to terminate any Beta service in whole or in part at any time or from time to time, temporarily or permanently without notifying you. You agree that Synorex will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or suspension of the Beta service or any damage related to it due to any reason.

Modify the terms of service

We can notify you at any time through a service announcement or by sending an email to your main email address to modify the terms. If we make a major change to the terms that affect your rights, it will be emailed to your primary email address, and you will be notified at least 30 days in advance. If the terms are modified by materially affecting your right to use the service, you can send a notice to Synorex via email within 30 days of receiving the availability of the modified terms to terminate the use of the service. If terminated, you will be entitled to a proportional refund of any unused part of the prepaid fee. After the effective date of any changes to the terms, your continued use of the service will be deemed as your agreement to the revised terms.

User registration obligations

You need to register a user account by providing all the necessary information in order to access or use the service. If you represent an organization and want to use the service for internal company use, we recommend that you and all other users in the organization register for user accounts by providing company contact information. In particular, we recommend that you use a company email address. You agree:

  • Follow the prompts in the registration process to provide true, accurate, up-to-date and complete information about you;
  • Maintain and timely update the information provided during the registration process to ensure that it is true, accurate, current and complete. If the information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or Synorex has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information is untrue, incorrect, outdated or incomplete, Synorex may terminate your user account and reject the current or future Use any or all services.

Organizational accounts and administrators

When registering an account for your organization, you can designate one or more administrators. The administrator will have the authority to configure the service according to your requirements and manage the end users in your organization’s account. If your organization account was created and configured by a third party on your behalf, the third party is likely to have assumed the role of administrator for your organization. Make sure that you reach an appropriate agreement with the third party to specify the role and restrictions of the third party as the administrator of the organizational account.

You are responsible

  • Ensure the confidentiality of your organization account password;
  • Appoint competent individuals as administrators to manage your organizational account;
  • Ensure that all activities related to the organization account comply with this agreement;
  • You understand that Synorex is not responsible for the account management and internal management of your services.

You are responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure that your organization does not lose control of the administrator account. You can send an email to hi@synorexcloud.com to specify the process to be followed to restore control if the administrator account loses control, provided that the process is acceptable to Synorex. In the absence of any designated administrator account recovery process, Synorex can provide individuals with control over the administrator account and provide evidence to the satisfaction of Synorex that they have the right to act on behalf of the organization. You agree not to be responsible for the consequences of any actions taken in good faith by Synorex in this regard.

Personal information and privacy

The personal information you provide to Synorex through the service is subject to Synorex’s privacy policy. Your choice to use the service means that you accept the terms of Synorex’s privacy policy. You are responsible for keeping your username, password and other sensitive information confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur in the user account, and agree to contact us immediately for unauthorized use of the user account by email to hi@synorexcloud.com or by calling any phone number listed on the contact us page. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused to you or any third party by unauthorized access and/or use of your user account or other means.

Letter from Synorex

Services may include certain communications from Synorex, such as service announcements, management messages, and newsletters. You understand that these communications should be considered as part of the use of the service. As part of our policy to provide you with all privacy, we also provide you with the option to opt out of receiving our communications. However, you will not be able to opt out of receiving service announcements and management messages.


If you receive a complaint about your activity from anyone during the use of the service, we will forward the complaint to the main email address of your user account. You must directly reply to the complainant within 10 days after receiving the complaint forwarded by us, and copy Synorex in the communication. If you do not respond to the complainant within 10 days after receiving the email, we may disclose your name and contact information to the complainant so that the complainant can take legal action against you. You understand that if you fail to respond to the forwarded complaint within the 10-day period, you will be deemed to agree that Synorex will disclose your name and contact information to the complainant.

Fees and payments

These services can be used according to subscription plans of different durations. Subscription plans with a duration of less than one year can only be paid by credit card. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, unless you downgrade a paid subscription plan to a free plan or tell us that you do not wish to renew. At the time of automatic renewal, the subscription fee will be charged from the last credit card you used. If you wish to pay for the renewal through another credit card, we can provide you with the option to change your details. If you do not want to renew, you must notify us at least seven days before the renewal date. If you have not downgraded to the free plan and have not notified us that you do not want to renew, it will be assumed that you have authorized Synorex to charge the subscription fee to the credit card you last used. We may change the price of any service currently provided for free or the fee for using the service from time to time. The fee will not increase until your current billing cycle expires. Unless you choose a paid subscription plan, you will not be charged for any services.

Use restrictions

In addition to all other terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not:

  • Transfer the service or otherwise provide it to any third party;
  • Provide any service based on the service without prior written permission;
  • Use a third party to link to the website without agreeing to its website terms and conditions;
  • Publish links to third-party websites or use their logos, company names, etc. without prior written permission;
  • Publish any personal or confidential information belonging to any person or entity without the consent of any person or entity;
  • Use the service in any way that may damage, disable, overburden, damage or harm Synorex servers, networks, computer systems, and resources;
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national or international laws;
  • Establish a false identity to mislead anyone about the identity or source of any communication.

Spam and illegal activities

You agree to take full responsibility for the content transmitted through the service. You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or to transmit illegal, defamatory, harassing, slanderous, infringing on the privacy of others, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, or other offensive, offensive material emotions, inciting racism, Contains viruses or malicious code, or acts that infringe or may infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of others. You agree not to use the service to transmit “spam”, “spam”, “chain letters”, “phishing” or mass distribution of unsolicited emails. If there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have used the service for any illegal or unauthorized activities, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the service.

Invalid user account policy

We reserve the right to terminate unpaid user accounts that have been inactive for 30 consecutive days. If terminated, all data associated with the user account will be deleted. For such termination, we will provide you with prior notice and can choose to back up data. Data deletion policies can be implemented for any or all services. In order to calculate the idle period, each service will be treated as an independent and independent service. In other words, activity in one service is not enough to make your user account active in another service. If the account has more than one user, if at least one user is active, the account will not be considered invalid.

Data ownership

We respect your right to own the content you create or store. You own the content you create or store. Unless you specifically allow it, your use of the service will not grant Synorex to use, copy, adapt, modify, publish or distribute the content you created or stored in your user account for Synorex’s commercial, marketing or Any similar purpose. User-generated content

You can use any “service” or other means to transmit or publish the content you create. However, you should bear full responsibility for such content and the consequences of its dissemination or publication. Any public content can be publicly accessed through the Internet, and may be crawled and indexed by search engines. You are responsible for ensuring that you do not accidentally make any private content publicly available. Any content you may receive from other service users is provided to you as is for your reference and personal use, and you agree not to use, copy, copy, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license or otherwise Ways to use such content for any purpose without the explicit written consent of the person who owns the rights to such content. By using any service and using the service to transmit or publish any content, you are expressly agreeing that the agent designated by Synorex for this purpose determines the illegality of such content or infringes the rights of third parties.

All Synorex service is not including source code, including Custom Web Development, Custom System Developement, Custom App Development and other custom service. If want to purchase include soruce code, your may add on source code licensing.

Sample files and applications

Synorex may provide sample files and applications to prove that the service can be effectively used for specific purposes. The information contained in any such sample files and applications consists of random data. Synorex does not make any express or implied guarantees regarding the accuracy, usefulness, completeness or reliability of the information or sample files and applications.


Synorex, the Synorex logo, the names of various services and their logos are trademarks of Synorex. You agree not to display or use Synorex trademarks in any way without the prior permission of Synorex.


You clearly understand and agree to use the service at your own risk. These services are provided on an as-is and available basis. Synorex expressly denies any form of express or implied guarantee, including but not limited to implied guarantees of merchantability and suitability for a specific purpose. Synorex does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, safe or error-free. The use of any materials downloaded or obtained as a result of using this service shall be borne by you and at your own risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damages to computer systems, mobile phones, wireless devices or data caused thereby Or downloads of any such materials. Any written or oral advice or information you obtain from Synorex, its employees or representatives does not constitute any guarantee not expressly stated in these terms.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that Synorex shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, punitive or other loss or damage under any circumstances, or for business profits, business interruption, computer failure, business information loss or other reasons Take any responsibility even if you have notified Synorex of the possibility of such damage, the loss caused or caused by you due to or unable to use the service. For any service, whether directly or indirectly, Synorex will not assume full responsibility to you for more than the cost you paid for this service.


You agree to indemnify Synorex and its officials, directors, employees, suppliers and affiliates for any losses, damages, fines and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and expenses) arising from or related to any claims you make Avoid damage, violate the rights of the other party, violate any law, violate any provision of this clause or any other claim related to your use of the service, and use the service unless authorized by Synorex.


Any disputes or claims arising from or related to this clause shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such dispute or claim shall be arbitrated separately and shall not be combined with any claim or dispute of any other party in any arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator is final and no appeal is allowed. The arbitration shall be conducted in California, and the judgment on the arbitration award may enter any court with jurisdiction. Despite any provisions to the contrary, Synorex can seek injunctions or other forms of equitable relief from any court with jurisdiction at any time.

Suspension and Termination

In the event of any suspicious illegal activities, long periods of inactivity or requests from law enforcement agencies or other government agencies, we may suspend your user account or temporarily prohibit access to all or part of the service. Objections regarding suspension or disabling of user accounts should be sent to hi@synorexcloud.com within thirty days after receiving the notice of suspension. We may terminate suspended or disabled user accounts after thirty days. We will also terminate your user account at your request.

In addition, we reserve the right to terminate your user account and refuse service if you believe that you have violated these terms on reasonable grounds, and terminate access to any Beta service in the event of unexpected technical problems or Beta service interruption. If Synorex violates its obligations under these terms, you have the right to terminate your user account, in which case you will be entitled to a proportional refund of any prepaid fees. The termination of a user account will include denying access to all services, deleting information in the user account (such as email address and password), and deleting all data in the user account.
